Job Description
Provide assistance to visitors by directing them to appropriate points of contacts within assigned processing center.
Administer pre‑oath briefings to inform applicants regarding processing center procedures.
Answer and/or forward telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
Maintain office security by controlling access (i.e. issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, etc.) via the reception desk.
Operate a variety of office automation equipment to prepare enlistment and other military personnel documents.
Perform records management of electronic and paper applicant records.
Perform quality review of military applicant records, packets, and forms to ensure compliance with all requirements.
Obtain military applicants' fingerprints to initiate a background investigation.
Prepare recruitment and other military personnel documents for individuals enlisting or reenlisting into military service.
