Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant Location: Lebanon, IN (100% onsite)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendaring, and reporting
  • Perform order entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Serve as a point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking customers
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with general office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and data entry
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or customer service role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit Offerings:
