Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Admin Assistant
Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant Location: Lebanon, IN (100% onsite)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendaring, and reporting
- Perform order entry with a high level of accuracy
- Serve as a point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking customers
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with general office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and data entry
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or customer service role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
