Fulltime, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST).
Pay Rate: $16.71/hour.
Job DescriptionThis position performs a variety of office administrative support functions requiring independent judgment, research, collection of information/data, preparation and maintenance of reports, and maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information. Assists with special projects and provides guidance to the administration to ensure deadlines are met and/or targets are achieved.
Duties- Filing, scanning, and data entry
- Preparing correspondence and reports
- Scheduling and calendar coordination
- Tracking deadlines and supporting projects
- Providing customer service and office support
- Three (3) years secretarial or clerical experience including reviewing, evaluating, and verifying a high volume of documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds as needed for file management, materials transport, or related tasks.
- Recruitment and selection experience.
- Strong relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is an essential position and may require work during emergencies.
