We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Team and Head of Department with day-to-day administrative and procurement tasks. You will help keep the team organized and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, EA, or coordination role and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Department and Sales Team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Track action items, follow up on tasks, and prepare meeting notes
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Procurement & Purchasing
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities
- Raise, process, and track purchase orders through delivery and invoicing
- Liaise with vendors, obtain quotes, and confirm orders
- Monitors spend and flag budget variances
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments
- Support day-to-day operations of the sales team
- Prepare and consolidate sales reports and updates for leadership
- Coordinate internal communications and team calendars
- Support onboarding of new sales team members
- Assist with team events, client meetings, and off-site coordination
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Office Coordinator role
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information
- Experience in a sale, commercial, or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to sales tools.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or department heads
