Office Administrator

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team!

You will performclerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Operate and manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed
• Provide general office support, including filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents
• Assist with clerical tasks such as new hire files, general files, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately
• Perform all other office tasks

• Previous experience in office administrationor other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Knowledge of building departments and permit submission process
• Have permitting and/or construction office experience
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
