Job Description
The Document Review Associate will join a warehouse team of five to perform clerical work such as labeling files, data uploads, Bailee processing, reviewing criteria, and investigating documents for clients. The role involves reviewing incoming files, responding to email requests for reinstatements and releases, and meeting service level agreements. Team members handle 500-1,000 loans a day in a fast‑paced environment. The position pays $17/hr and operates from 8:00‑5:00 PM EST.

- High school diploma or equivalent with a confident, go‑getter attitude and drive.
- 1–3 years of related office experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including V‑lookups, filtering, sorting, macros, and pivot tables.
- Mortgage review experience and knowledge of loan processing is highly appreciated.
- Underwriting experience is a plus.
- Ability to write professional emails.
