Position: Executive Assistant (EA) - CEO

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel schedules for the CEO
  • Managing the CEOs email correspondence by prioritizing communications, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups on critical matters.
  • Strategically plan meeting cadences, buffer times, and travel logistics to maximize executive productivity.
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
  • Manage email communication, follow-ups, and priority tracking
  • Organize executive meetings, events, and offsite arrangements
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth workflow management
  • Support cross-functional coordination and executive deliverables
  • Handle confidential business matters with high discretion
  • Support administrative, personal, and basic accounts-related activities
Preferred candidate profile
  • Proven experience (12+ years) supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in complex, high-volume calendar and travel management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; professional presence with senior stakeholders
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality handling sensitive matters
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace / Zoom, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking to anticipate needs and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support executive deliverables
  • Flexibility to manage both professional and personal tasks as required
  • Event planning, vendor coordination, and accounting/administrative support skills
