Location:
Jacksonville, Florida.
- Provide executive administrative support to company executives and department leaders.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Work with confidential information, complete internet research, handle calendars and schedules, manage expense accounts, book trips, and perform other administrative activities related to supporting the department.
- Interact with various company employees from multiple organizational units as well as external customers and contacts.
- Perform high‑level administrative functions requiring the exercise of independent judgment and discretion.
- Coordinate complex administrative activities across multiple organizational units.
- Develop relationships with internal and external parties as needed to effectively handle work assignments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential and demonstrating professionalism.
- Five or more years of corporate executive assistant experience supporting multiple executive‑level personnel and C‑suite senior executives.
- Advanced experience and expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience writing effective and diplomatic correspondence.
- Previous experience managing calendars and schedules, completing presentations and documents, booking travel, and using expense account software.
- Must have the ability to work independently while managing changing priorities and projects.
- Experience communicating professionally with both internal and external contacts via email, phone, or in person.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, planning, confidentiality, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related work experience.
- This is a hybrid position working onsite 4 days per week.
