Compensation: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the State Farm Agent team. The role involves administrative support, customer service, and occasional sales conversations within a close-knit and supportive office environment.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
