Management Assistant

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the REGIONAL CALL CENTER of COMNAVREG SE JAX.

GS-07

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• receiving and processing customer service requests for facilities maintenance
• accurately categorizing work as planned, unplanned, routine, urgent, or emergency
• utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (MAXIMO)
• providing first-level assistance or training to lower-graded employees

GS-06

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
