The Center Administrator Assistant supports the Center Administrator in overseeing professional and support staff who provide outpatient care. You will follow established guidelines, use independent judgment to solve basic problems, and collaborate with management and specialists to select appropriate methods and approaches. You will report directly to the Center Administrator.

The Center Administrator Assistant implements staffing plans and facility policies, collaborates with the care team for optimal patient outcomes, and manages daily schedules and operations. You will oversee support and technical staff, ensure consistent execution across the team, and provide performance feedback to management.

• Provide administrative support (typing, filing, etc.)
• Prepare productivity and other reports for the Center Administrator
• Participate in marketing events
• Oversee special projects and communicate updates to staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Submit time sheets and HR forms
• Manage phones, logs, daily reporting, and meeting schedules
• Review center statistics and maintain goals
• Open and close the center
• Process reports in Data Hub (EDAPS, HEDIS), assist with employee management, and support learning the Administrator's role

• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare
• 2+ years of experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or medical/office administrative support
• Experience in managed care contracting or provider relations
• Compassionate patient care; adherence to company policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 4+ years supervisory experience
• Associate's degree
• Experience with elderly patients
• Familiarity with Athena EMR system

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Location:

Onsite in Jacksonville, FL

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range: $58,700 - $68,200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
