BaptistHealth is looking to add a Administration Assistant to our Supply Chain Operations team at Baptist Southbank in Jacksonville FL.
This is a Full-Time Days opportunity at Baptist Southbank.
This position will work closely with suppliers and other members of the supply department team to ensure our clinical professionals have the supplies needed to care for patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in customer service and possess the ability to proactively resolve issues and communicate effectively.
As a Administration Assistant, You Will Be Responsible For- Responsible for the clerical administrative functions of the research and education department.
- This includes an understanding of protocol application, institutional board approval, site regulatory task and audit process.
- Inventory control and accurate order processing
- Scheduling and meeting Coordination
- Communications, documentation, and departmental follow-up.
- 1-2 years Office Assistant Experience (Required)
- 1-2 years Medical Office Experience (Preferred)
- 3-5 years Administrative Assistant Experience (Preferred)
- 3-5 years Secretarial Experience (Preferred)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Required
