Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees supporting aviation and defense programs
- Book air, hotel, rental cars, and ground transportation using approved tools and vendors
- Optimize itineraries for cost, efficiency, and mission requirements
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and applicable security and export requirements
- Maintain accurate travel records, confirmations, and traveler profiles
- Support travel-related expense reconciliation and documentation
- Communicate with vendors to resolve booking issues, changes, and disruptions
- Provide responsive customer service to travelers, managers, and project teams
