We are seeking an experienced Parts Front Sales Counterperson to join our fast‑paced, customer‑focused dealership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, delivers exceptional service, and has a proven track record of success in automotive parts sales.

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency
• Look up and source parts using GM‑specific software and electronic parts catalogs
• Accurately process parts invoices, special orders, returns, and warranty‑related items
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of GM parts, accessories, and current promotions
• Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely parts delivery
• Support inventory control, bin checks, and stock organization
• Provide excellent customer service while maximizing sales opportunities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive parts counterperson (front counter experience required)
• Proficient with Dealer track DMS and GM software/systems
• Strong multitasking ability in a high‑volume environment
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and dependable
• Proven sales performance within a dealership parts department
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
