What You’ll DoGreet and guide customers through the service process with professionalism and care Schedule appointments and manage daily service traffic efficiently

Perform vehicle walk-arounds and gather information to identify service needs

Provide clear estimates and timelines, keeping customers updated throughout

Communicate closely with technicians and parts team to keep work on track

Help customers understand maintenance needs and warranty coverage

Achieve sales and service goals while building trust and long-term relationships

Handle payments and process transactions accurately and smoothly
