The successful candidate will work in our state-of-the‑art facility using advanced diagnostic and repair tools to maintain and repair customer vehicles, ensuring they leave our center in optimum condition.

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer guidelines for Ford models.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles with precision and accordance to dealership standards.
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers about diagnostic findings and recommended service strategies.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately determine vehicle issues and repair needs.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
• Proven expertise in mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Strong familiarity with Ford diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Certified Ford Technician status is required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
