- Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles (mechanical and electrical).
- Conduct thorough multipoint inspections to identify service needs.
- Maintain and care for shop equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Accurately document repairs and services performed on repair orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service as needed, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- ASE Certification (Master, Advanced Level Specialist, or equivalent certifications preferred).
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician (Line Tech, Tire Tech, Lube Tech, or similar roles).
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- A team player with a positive approach to teamwork.
Note:
Pay ranges are determined by experience, certifications (ASE Master, Advanced Level Specialist), and previous industry experience (including Shop Foreman or Team Leader roles).
