Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles (mechanical and electrical).
  • Conduct thorough multipoint inspections to identify service needs.
  • Maintain and care for shop equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Accurately document repairs and services performed on repair orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as needed, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
  • ASE Certification (Master, Advanced Level Specialist, or equivalent certifications preferred).
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician (Line Tech, Tire Tech, Lube Tech, or similar roles).
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • A team player with a positive approach to teamwork.

Note:

Pay ranges are determined by experience, certifications (ASE Master, Advanced Level Specialist), and previous industry experience (including Shop Foreman or Team Leader roles).
