What You'll DoPerform oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections, and routine maintenance services

Assist Volkswagen technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle servicing

Learn Volkswagen repair procedures, systems, and manufacturer standards

Inspect vehicles for maintenance and safety concerns

Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs

What You'll Bring Passion for automotive repair and European vehicles

Interest in building a long-term career as an Automotive Technician Previous automotive coursework, trade school training, or hands-on mechanical experience preferred

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Excellent attention to detail

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
