We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where ideas flow freely and collaboration fuels innovation. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales teams to ensure completion of day-to-day staffing activities for CSI’s established clients. You will support sales teams by executing an array of not only administrative tasks, but operational tasks as well. In this role, you may be tasked with everything from creating job postings, scheduling interviews, obtaining interview feedback to interacting and collaborating with functions and departments across the organization to resolve any issues and concerns that arise.
This position is located onsite at our Jacksonville office with a full time schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure completion of the day-to-day staffing activities for CSI’s established clients
- Facilitate the candidate placement process for assigned accounts. This will include working within CSI’s tools to create new client profiles, design compelling job descriptions, schedule candidate interviews, and obtain feedback throughout the interview process with client managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as payroll, onboarding, and accounting, to ensure that any issues that arise are addressed and resolved.
- Ensure that candidate activity in our Vendor Management System (VMS) is accurate, and complies with not only federal and state regulations, but CSI’s guidelines as well.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through fast and accurate communication.
- Assisting with timecard and billing discrepancies.
- Sending care packages to new and existing clients and consultants when needed.
- Provide reporting and metrics for sales teams to assist with the sales process and initiatives.
- Present ideas with confidence and clarity, whether to teammates or stakeholders.
Your
Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or recruiting support is preferred.
- A customer focused mindset with the goal to build strong and trusting relationships with clients and team members.
- A desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative team dynamic
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a resilient and positive attitude.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Bullhorn, is a plus.
- Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
