Work Schedule: Flexible shift that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

• Role is hourly, offering a starting salary of at least $25.00 per hour or $52,000 per year (may vary based on prior relevant work experience and market)
• Premium pay for weekend work ($2.00 weekend differential)
• Advancement opportunities follow a 6–9-month training period with a generous base pay increase

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including many Fortune 500 companies
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Results-oriented, detail-focused, and good time management skills
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function
• DOT-regulated role requiring a current driver qualification file: annual MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records; CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and FMCSA Clearinghouse review
• Willingness to travel within the district and complete Penske employment checks and drug screening
