**** Program Summary
** The scope of this position is to perform shipping and receiving duties on Marine Corps Prepositioning Program – Philippines (MCPP-PHIL) equipment and supplies.  The MCPP-PHIL Shipment Coordinator will report directly to the MCPP-PHIL Distribution Management Supervisor.
** Job Summary
** Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving management functions for MCPP-PHIL and MCPP-PHIL Organic equipment and supplies implementing the following:
* Maintain a competent and complete materiel management program that follows the contract Statement of Work and adheres to Marine Corps policy and procedures.
* Coordinate and execute the staging, distributing, and accounting of equipment and supplies.
* Perform actions in support of supply readiness, warehouse organization, and asset accountability and provide advice on all matters relating to distribution management. Review invoices and requisitions to plan work activities.
* Create/review requisitions for shipping equipment, materials, and supplies per budgetary guidelines.
* Comply with personnel and administrative policies, procedures, and government regulations.
* Comply with established safety regulations, and method and procedures for handling and storing various equipment parts/components.
* Maintain compliance with job specifications, drawings, work orders, instructions, layouts, and time schedules.
* Maintain MCPP-PHIL ISO policies and procedures and ensure on-going compliance with such.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** Basic Qualifications
*** High School graduate and four years of progressive experience with specialized knowledge of maintenance and logistic support activities involving supply operations.
* In lieu of work experience, a combination of college credits, professional certification, formalized training, or education may be considered.
* U.S. Citizen.
* U.S. Stateside Driver’s License
* U.S. Passport
* FBI Background investigation with no criminal, civil, or security violations.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Philippines Work Permit.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** USMC MOS 3112
* Understanding of Marine Corps policies, regulations, and orders.
* Industry Certification
* Expert knowledge of military shipping and storage procedures.
* Working knowledge of general maintenance procedures for military tactical equipment and supplies.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.
