Operations Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Stellar is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter who will serve as the key point of contact for colleges and universities at career fairs and events and oversee our intern program. Additionally, they will prescreen applicants, review resumes with hiring managers, recommend candidates, solicit feedback, follow up with candidates, prepare offer letters and present offers, predominantly in our Shared Services group (Accounting, HR, Information Services and related support services).
Communication and teamwork are essential to success in this role.
This is an in-office role based from our Jacksonville, Florida corporate office.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting. Knowledge of UKG and experience with construction and/or engineering are a plus. Candidates should have strong follow‑up skills and a desire to be a part of a successful Human Resources team.
