This position will be responsible for playing a central role in developing innovative business and technology solutions that help NTC clients improve operational efficiency. As a Relationship Manager, you will understand the business challenges of NTC clients and, through working with both client and NTC staff, develop solutions that solve our clients' business needs and drive satisfaction. This role will lead a team of Account Managers to serve a portfolio of clients.

Functions
  • Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of the NTC mortgage services product suite and your ability to apply planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions.
  • Develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross‑functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups. This includes interaction with production teams to provide the best possible products for the clients.
  • Provide high quality "trusted advisor" advice to customers to ensure appropriate planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions are proposed.
  • Manage programs/project performance from inception through deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients and our go‑to‑market teams to provide thought leadership in devising state‑of‑the‑art solutions for our clients.
  • Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership about client trends, business strategies and reporting.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidential financial data. The employee in this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Direct, coach and mentor direct reports. (e.g., daily activities, succession planning).
  • Motive with a positive approach and mentor department Leads to enhance overall morale of their teams.
  • This position requires frequent travel up to 5%.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Experience in Mortgage workflow technology, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of contracts, contract amendments, and negotiation tactics.
  • Adept at conducting research on project‑related issues and products.
  • Able to learn, adapt and shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Document generating and print fulfillment experience.
  • Previous experience in managing relationships with C‑level executives.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, or related studies required. Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience managing a team.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: $82,400 to $103,000 annually.
