DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Business Process Advisor
, you will play a strategic role in advancing Acosta Solutions’ operational excellence by leading complex process initiatives, supporting system enhancements, and mentoring teams across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly experienced process professional who thrives in change management, project leadership, and developing others.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert (SME) for Acosta Solutions policies, procedures, systems, and processes, providing expert guidance and mentorship across the organization.
- Lead training and mentoring efforts for Trainers, Business Process Advisors, and Acosta Solutions associates, ensuring consistent understanding and execution of defined processes and systems.
- Act as a training mentor for the Business Process Advisor role, supporting onboarding, skill development, and long‑term success within the function.
- Develop and execute procedures and system enhancements
, partnering with stakeholders to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across complex operational workflows. - Provide hands‑on operational support by working alongside teams, offering real‑time coaching, and delivering clear, concise verbal and written communication.
- Manage projects and initiatives
, including merger, acquisition, and integration support
, ensuring timelines are met, risks are managed, and progress is tracked through established project trackers. - Drive system and process continuous improvement by reviewing complex workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement, simplification, or automation, and submitting change recommendations for leadership review.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials and SOP documentation for Acosta Solutions systems, processes, and client/customer platforms. Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and maintained within Acosta systems, SharePoint, and/or Acosta Go.
- Resolve complex system and process issues by performing root‑cause analysis, applying resolution logic, and leveraging reporting to identify and address recurring challenges.
- Lead system and process review and testing efforts
, ensuring enhancements and changes are fully vetted, deadlines are met, and solutions are successfully deployed. - Maintain operational and project trackers (training, work‑withs, tasks, and projects), ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting. Ensure required Trainer and Business Process recaps are submitted accurately and on schedule.
- Communicate project status and performance updates regularly to leadership, providing transparency, insight, and recommendations as needed.
- Meet physical requirements and travel as needed to support business initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of Acosta Solutions business objectives.
Education Requirements:
- baccalaureate
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications preferred
- Preferred Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Work Experience Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

Requirements:
- Acosta Systems – high-level knowledge of the system required to manage training, provide support and maintain documentation.
- Acosta Solutions Process, All Roles, - knowledge of high-level processes required to provide training and support and provide high-level testing support.
- MS Office (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) - high level to enable efficient information and documentation management.
- Retention of information to stay up-to-date on systems and processes.
- Organization and time management, ability to meet deadlines.
- Writing skills to create and maintain documentation and effectively communicate information to the team.
- Communication to effectively train and support the organization. Ability to lead and participate in meetings and calls.
- Proactive mindset, ongoing review of documentation and training methods. Strive for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
