Sales Support Analyst

Position Summary

Sales Support Analyst – Jacksonville, FL (Direct Hire, Full‑Onsite)

Work closely with e‑commerce sales teams to deliver strategic analysis and operational support across inventory planning, order fulfillment, forecasting, promotion execution, and reporting. Assist with digital product content, item setup, and the preparation and maintenance of recurring business reports.

• Provide data, reporting, and ongoing analysis to identify and execute growth opportunities across key online retail channels.
• Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment planning for online marketplace channels, track aging inventory, and resolve catalog or listing discrepancies.
• Analyze promotional performance and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Maintain and update demand forecasts, aligning with sales trends, promotions, product launches, and discontinuations.
• Generate trend reports and conduct analyses to identify shifts in product demand, recommend forecast adjustments, and troubleshoot performance variances.
• Offer operational support to resolve customer‑related issues, platform alerts, and execute new product setups, ensuring accurate pricing, packaging, and specifications in internal and external systems.
• Support digital content management and product data synchronization across third‑party platforms.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and analyses, including summaries of shipments, sales performance, inventory levels, and product history for planning and budgeting purposes.
• Assist with cross‑functional projects and provide backup support for key sales initiatives as needed.

Bachelor’s degree required. Up to five years of relevant experience in a consumer products or e‑commerce environment, preferably in an analytical, operations, or reporting‑focused role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative across departments. High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Demonstrated analytical skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving and driving business results.
