Construction Coordinator II; Contractor

Role Summary

The Construction Coordinator is responsible for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects, as well as administrative quality control of jobs. The role involves coordinating the full job lifecycle within JT/Polaris, handling exceptions, and reconciling office tasks.

• Create jobs in JT/Polaris and issue jobs to design.
• Manage the job through its full lifecycle, updating milestones in JT/Polaris.
• Handle exceptions to lifecycle service level agreements.
• Reconcile jobs within the office.
• Act as liaison and point of contact for all internal client cross‑functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales.
• Provide reporting to next‑level management and identify required resources.
• Create and approve funding requests, manage purchase orders, and oversee material management and reconciliation.
• Research contracts and agreements relevant to the project.
• Responsible for job estimation (finance).
• Manage and analyze quality control flow, validate field QC, and pull reports to provide feedback.
• Conduct administrative and milestone quality control, following the QC checklist for materials, invoices, pictures, and footages.
• Validate permit closure, set final invoice milestone, ensure all milestones are updated, and close jobs.

Intermediate level experience is required. The role is a contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay range: $30.00/hr.
