Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced ecommerce sales leader who has already done this — managed omnichannel D2C and retail sales for a consumer brand, navigated platform complexity, and driven meaningful revenue growth.

This is a player-coach role. You will own all of Pink Stork's sales channels, manage a mixed team of internal employees and contractors, and work directly alongside our founder and CEO to drive growth across every platform we operate on. You'll be close to the work, not above it, and you'll be a key voice in cross-functional planning with marketing, operations, and finance.

Pink Stork spans Amazon, Walmart, Tik Tok Shop, our Shopify DTC site, and a wholesale book of business. Channels shift. Platforms evolve. Opportunities emerge fast. The right person has been in that environment before and knows how to win in it.

Key Responsibilities Channel Ownership and Execution
  • Own performance across all active sales channels:
    Amazon, , Tik Tok Shop,  (Shopify), and wholesale/retail.
  • Coordinate with external partners including our Amazon advertising agency, retail brokers, and wholesale accounts — ensuring alignment and accountability on all sides.
  • Monitor channel health, identify gaps or opportunities, and drive corrective action or growth initiatives.
  • Stay current on platform changes and algorithm updates and translate those into action for the team.
Team Leadership and Accountability
  • Lead, coach, and develop a mixed team of full-time employees and contractors across sales channels.
  • Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable for outcomes, and build a culture of ownership that reflects Pink Stork's Core Values.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, give direct feedback, and identify growth opportunities for each team member.
Strategy and Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with the CEO to align sales priorities with the company's broader vision and growth goals.
  • Partner with Finance to develop and manage sales targets and advertising budgets.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment alignment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align channel strategy with brand direction, content calendars, and promotional planning.
Expected Impact
  • A high-performing, accountable sales team that executes with clarity across all channels.
  • Consistent revenue growth and channel health metrics across Amazon, Walmart, Tik Tok Shop, DTC, and wholesale.
  • A direct and trusted line of communication between Amy and the sales function with minimal friction and fast decision making.
  • Strong, well-managed relationships with external partners.
Qualifications Required

These criteria are non-negotiable — we are only considering candidates who meet every requirement listed below.

  • Minimum 3 years of direct leadership in omnichannel ecommerce for a consumer brand, with deep, hands-on experience across at least two major platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Tik Tok Shop, or Shopify).
  • Proven background at a brand generating $10M+ in annual revenue; you understand the unique complexities and demands of operating at scale.
  • Strongly preferred experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, CPG, or the wellness sector — you know how to navigate high-growth, regulated categories.
  • A verifiable history of leading teams with full accountability for revenue performance; you own the outcome, not just the process.
  • Ability to command external agency and vendor relationships, pushing partners to deliver results that align with our high standards.
  • Sharp analytical skills; you live in the data, identifying precisely what moves the needle and taking immediate action to drive channel health.
Preferred
  • Experience managing or coordinating with Amazon advertising agencies.
