As an Analyst Sr Lead (AI Strategy & Chief of Staff), you will operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving high-priority initiatives that shape business strategy, accelerate AI adoption, and improve operational performance. You will lead cross‑functional programs, translate strategy into execution, and ensure alignment across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a highly analytical leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and can drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

The team partners closely with senior executives and cross‑functional leaders to deliver strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience across the organization.

What you will be doing
  • Serve as a Chief of Staff‑style partner to senior leadership, driving strategic priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring execution across key initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple cross‑functional projects, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and outcomes across business units.
  • Drive AI‑focused initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve decision‑making and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage complex financial and business models to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and inform executive decision‑making.
  • Translate business strategy into operational plans, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Influence senior stakeholders by providing clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations on complex business issues.
  • Design and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and customer value.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on shared objectives and drive execution.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members in strategic analysis, planning, and problem‑solving methodologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, finance, analytics, or program leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience acting in a Chief of Staff, strategic PMO, or enterprise program leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong experience building financial models, business cases, and executive‑level presentations.
  • Experience working with or driving initiatives involving AI, data analytics, or automation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, solve ambiguous and complex problems, and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related discipline).
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
  • Technical exposure to data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation or innovation programs.
