The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and management of AI-native products within our portfolio. This role involves driving product vision, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with business goals. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring the product’s success in the market.

• Participate in the development of document specifications that outline revisions or additional features of existing products, and the conception of new products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and needs of targeted clients and customers, and analyze and compare competitors’ product lines relative to our current offerings.
• Develop strategies for competitive positioning to increase sales and promotion effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between departments to gather client/customer feedback and disseminate product development status.
• Leverage strong product leadership and hands‑on fluency in AI capabilities to power intelligent, differentiated solutions.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on D&B enterprise AI capabilities and how they can be leveraged for specific solutions.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs, manage risks and issues, and execute the product build.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including GTM, Technology, Sales, Customer Experience, Solution Architecture, Pricing and Finance—to define product requirements and ensure successful development and delivery.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products meet quality standards, user needs, and expectations.
• Keep abreast of market trends, performing research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Lead the product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
• Proactively seek feedback with sellers on the product pipeline to ensure adoption, retention, and growth.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure performance, trends, and risks for data‑driven decisions.
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and team members.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions consulting, product management, or project management.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products through their full lifecycle.
• Analytical, results‑oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience dealing with senior management and cross‑matrix teams.
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and a good team player.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, sales, and analytics.
• Ability to translate business goals into product requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and capabilities (generative AI, copilots, agent frameworks) in day‑to‑day workflows to enhance productivity, research, and product development.
