Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and energetic Event Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys planning events, coordinating logistics, and creating positive experiences for attendees, vendors, sponsors, and community partners.
The Event Coordinator will support engaging events that connect businesses and the local community. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate event logistics from initial planning through post-event follow-up, including setup, onsite support, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for attendees, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, venues, and internal teams during event planning and execution.
- Process event registrations, maintain accurate attendee records, and support event communications, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Prepare reports, manage event documentation, and assist with invoices, purchase orders, and administrative tracking.
- Provide professional customer service while representing the organization at local events and community-facing programs.
- Support additional programs, initiatives, and administrative projects as needed.
- Salary: $45,000 annually.

End of July. - Local travel to events is required.
- Occasional early mornings, evenings, and special event hours may be required.
