Remote (US) Full-time $55K – $75K + bonus Posted February 5, 2026
Be the primary point of contact for our brand partners. You'll onboard new clients, manage day-to-day relationships, and proactively identify ways to improve their fulfillment experience.
What You'll Do- Onboard new clients and guide them through integration setup
- Monitor fulfillment SLAs and proactively resolve issues
- Conduct monthly business reviews with key accounts
- Collaborate with warehouse ops to prioritize client needs
- Identify upsell opportunities across our service portfolio
- 2+ years in account management, logistics, or eCommerce
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Tik Tok Shop)
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- 3PL or fulfillment industry background
- Experience with WMS platforms (Ship Hero, Ship Station, etc.)
- Fully remote with flexible hours
