Operations Manager

Our Client, a global eCommerce leader, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. You will support vendor and contractor management within the Brand division, overseeing vendor onboarding, contract processing, and payment workflows while maintaining compliance documentation and budget tracking.

Contract: 6‑Month W2 contract open to conversion or extension.
Location: Remote.

• Oversee day‑to‑day vendor management, onboarding, and payment processing with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate contract execution (NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, etc.) and ensure compliance with legal, risk, and procurement policies.
• Maintain key operational trackers, including vendor requests, budgets, and brand tools documentation.
• Support budget management, invoice consolidation, accrual submissions, and quarterly reforecasting.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Accounting, and Treasury to secure insurance, risk, and payment approvals.
• Drive operational efficiency by improving workflows and implementing AI‑driven tools.
• Support training, documentation, and internal communications to strengthen operations alignment.

• 8+ years in operations, vendor management, or production support roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with procurement systems, contract workflows, and budget tracking tools.
• Background in creative, marketing, or brand operations is a plus.
