We are searching for a Sr Client Services Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves collaborating with our team on various projects and managing client interactions.

• Support different projects involving strategy and design.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to project success.

• Assist in project delivery and maintain communication with clients.

• Participate in diverse projects within our agency structure.
• Work independently and apply best practices in Account Management.
• Ensure effective interactions with important clients.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and pay attention to details.
• Understand client dynamics and maintain high standards.
• Respect team and client interactions and contribute to profitability.
• Report to the Head of Client Services and operate remotely.

• Experience in Account Management and marketing within the industry.
• Background in a creative agency environment preferred.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
