We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support a large-scale Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation initiative. This role will operate across both strategic and execution layers, helping drive two critical work streams:
- QTC Implementation (Salesforce CPQ / billing / integrations)
This individual will work closely with program leadership and is expected to grow into a workstream lead / program management role over time.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day execution of defined work streams within a QTC transformation program
- Translate business requirements into structured deliverables (process flows, data models, requirements)
- Support design and implementation of Salesforce-based QTC solutions (CPQ, billing, integrations)
- Drive detailed analysis across:
- Lifecycle events (new, amend, renew, expand)
- Identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies in current-state processes and data models
- Provide strategic observations and recommendations, not just documentation
- Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering)
- Support program tracking, documentation, and decision management
- Contribute to building a scalable, unified commercial operating model
- 8–10+ years of experience in:
- Revenue Operations / QTC / Order-to-Cash transformation
- Consulting or program delivery roles
- Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystem, including:
- CPQ (Steel Brick or similar)
- Understanding of billing/ERP integrations
- Experience working across both:
- System implementation (techno-functional)
- Deep understanding of:
- Subscription and/or usage-based monetization
- Contract lifecycle (quotes, orders, amendments, renewals)
- Highly detail-oriented — able to structure complex, messy information into clear frameworks
- Strong analytical thinker — able to connect data, process, and system implications
- Able to zoom out and provide strategic insight, not just execute tasks
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Strong communication skills — able to work across business and technical teams
- Organized and execution-focused with emerging program management capability
- Experience with end-to-end QTC implementations (CPQ → Billing → ERP)
- Exposure to PLG/self-serve or hybrid revenue models
- Experience with tools such as Monetize Now, Zuora, Stripe, or similar billing platforms
- Prior experience stepping into a workstream lead or program management role
- Quickly brings structure to complex work streams
- Becomes a trusted partner in both execution and decision-making
- Identifies risks and gaps early (not just reacts)
- Begins to take ownership of workstream delivery and coordination
