PreferredSkills
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
- Industry background in retail, e‑commerce, hospitality, or telecommunications.
- 5+ years of experience managing operational, system, or customer experience initiatives in customer‑facing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex project timelines and drive accountability across cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Tech‑savvy mindset with hands‑on experience utilizing contact center technologies and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, NICE, Genesys, or Jira.
- Detail‑oriented organizational strengths with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
