About This Role

Affiliates and influencers are already one of Boldin's highest-quality, highest-intent acquisition channels and now it's time to pour fuel on it. We're looking for a Head of Affiliates and Influencers to take ownership of our existing program, set its strategy, and accelerate its growth into a true engine for the business.

This is a leadership role with a hands‑on edge. You'll oversee the program we've already built including an affiliate manager who runs much of the day‑to‑day while driving the strategy, raising the ceiling on performance, and getting personally involved in the biggest partnerships and decisions. You're the person who sees where this channel can go and makes it happen: more high‑impact creators, smarter economics, better infrastructure, and a step‑change in growth.

You'll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with paid media, lifecycle, content, data, and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the strategy and own the program. Define where affiliates and influencers go from here, including partner mix, targets, roadmap, and own delivery against revenue and CAC goals.
  • Accelerate growth. Take a program that already works and meaningfully scale it. Find the next tier of high‑impact creators and partners, unlock new partnership types, and raise the bar on what this channel contributes to the business.
  • Lead the existing team. Manage and develop the affiliate manager who runs much of the day‑to‑day, level up how the program operates, and shape how the team scales as the channel grows.
  • Deepen creator relationships. Boldin already partners with personal‑finance and retirement creators on You Tube (think Rob Berger, Azul Wells, Erin Talks Money, Joe Kuhn). You'll strengthen those partnerships, get personally involved in the most important ones, and bring in the next wave of voices our audience trusts.
  • Expand the distribution‑partner network. Identify new partners who reach pre‑retirees and retirees at scale.
  • Sharpen partner economics. Refine commission structures, flat‑fee and hybrid deals, and incentive models that are fair to partners and accretive to Boldin. Know your unit economics cold.
  • Migrate the program to a dedicated tracking platform. Lead the move of the existing affiliate and influencer program off its current setup onto an external affiliate tracking and payout platform, evaluate and select the tool, manage the implementation, migrate partners and historical data cleanly, and get tracking, links, and payouts working reliably.
  • Strengthen the operational backbone. Partner with data and finance to get attribution, tracking, and payouts right; clean links, reliable reporting, and trustworthy numbers. (You'll inherit some history here, including reconciling attribution data, so a healthy obsession with data integrity matters.)
  • Test and scale. Run structured experiments on offers, formats, and partner types. Double down on what works, cut what doesn’t, and document the playbook.

    , you know the existing program, partners, and team inside out, you've set a clear strategy and growth plan, you've audited how attribution and payouts work today (and started fixing what's broken), and you've selected a tracking platform with the migration underway.
  • By the end of year one
    , affiliates and influencers are a predictable, measurable growth channel with clean economics, a documented playbook, a growing roster of high‑performing partners, and a clear plan for scaling the team behind it.
