Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance knowledge management resources, including process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and training materials
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze current workflows and recommend solutions to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Create and maintain documentation standards and governance practices
- Facilitate process mapping sessions and document current and future‑state workflows
- Support implementation of process improvement initiatives and change management efforts
- Monitor process performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Assist with training initiatives and knowledge transfer programs
- Support system implementations, workflow enhancements, and operational projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and process metrics for leadership review
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in knowledge management, business operations, process improvement, project coordination, or related functions
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, process maps, workflows, and training materials
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (or similar process mapping tools)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement
- Experience with knowledge management platforms, SharePoint, intranet sites, or document management systems
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives
- Project management experience or certification is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
