Job Overview
Full‑time Days Admitting Services Manager to join the Infusion Department at Baptist MD Anderson in Jacksonville, FL. Monday‑Friday office based with weekly travel among downtown, BMDA South, and BMDA Clay campuses.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day operations of multiple clinics and scheduling areas for Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center.
- Track metrics and KPIs using data and reports.
- Collaborate with clinical departments and leaders.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- 3‑5 years of Patient Access Services experience.
- Over 5 years of management experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Call center experience.
- High school diploma required.
- Driver's license (DMV).
