• Coach students and professionals pursuing careers at startups by applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to their work.
• Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate potential companies and opportunities.
• Support the full career journey, including resume review, cover letters, Linked In optimization, interview prep, and networking strategy to help candidates land the right role at a startup.
• Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
• Set own hours and rates and host sessions virtually.

• Professional experience working at or advising startups.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to helping candidates navigate the fast-paced startup hiring landscape.
