Inventory Analyst

Position Summary

Responsible for day-to-day execution of analysis for Inventory Optimization. Key responsibilities include assisting and supporting reporting and execution driving field inventory productivity improvements, optimization, strategic inventory modeling, and Field Asset process improvement.

• Responsible for day-to-day execution of analysis for Inventory Optimization.
• Key responsibilities include assisting and supporting reporting and execution driving field inventory productivity improvements, optimization, strategic inventory modeling, and Field Asset process improvement.
• Will partner closely with Commercial Sales Teams, Marketing, Distributor Services and Demand Planning to more efficiently manage field inventory and communication processes.

• Robust knowledge of field inventory processes and functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to achieve results through influence in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and identify creative solutions to complex problems.
• Have understanding of supply chain and business processes including planning, distribution, and sales.
• In-depth knowledge of information systems, interrelations and tools including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to utilize these tools to deliver critical business reporting and applications.
• Understanding of The Organization products, strategic business units, and basic manufacturing process.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and how to impact and influence people.
• Results oriented with the ability to deliver on commitments, tasks, and projects on time.
• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience.
