Southern Impression Homes is a builder of single-family homes and multi-family units for both the BTR and owner-occupied markets in Florida. Headquartered in Jacksonville, the company is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee the development and implementation of projects.

The ideal applicant has strong experience with JD Edwards ERP systems, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Answer and manage inbound calls and leads via Call Rail
Conduct outbound calls to leads and realtor referral lists
Set Zoom appointments for Property Counselors
Update lead statuses and notes in Hub Spot CRM
Qualify prospects using provided talk tracks and scripts

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)
Comfort in high-volume outbound calling environments
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite products (365, Outlook)
