  • Own end-to-end coordination for cross-functional sessions including Steering Committees, initiative reviews, working sessions / workshops; manage scheduling across senior stakeholders with competing priorities; ensure meetings are well-structured, outcome-oriented, and supported by the right pre‑reads and follow‑ups.
  • Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Product, Data/Analytics, Technology team and external partners; support Initiative Leads by removing friction, clarifying ownership, and reinforcing accountability; translate roadmaps into executable plans—including readiness, resourcing, and sequencing for pilots, waves, and rollouts.
  • Own logistics, preparation, and follow-through for workshops and working sessions; ensure clear objectives, agendas, participants, materials, and documented outputs; track decisions, actions, and commitments to closure.
