Business Management Specialist

Duties

You will use analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, consider, and resolve process issues or problems, as well as resolve internal and external customer concerns.

You will identify and analyze problems; generate and evaluate prospective solutions, and make timely and effective recommendations based on potential implications of findings and conclusions

You will use software tools to map complex existing processes and depict new process flows, such as Microsoft Power Point, Visio, etc.

You will map basic complex processes and determine how those processes will be modified to fit into new business process system requirements.

You will develop processes that detail how a given business system is used to perform daily depot business operations.
