  • Drive the execution and ongoing evolution of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration, ensuring the product meets market needs and delivers a strong customer experience.
  • Define and manage the API roadmap, prioritizing scalable, reliable integrations across the platform and related systems.
  • Own the evolution and roadmap of the web application, including scheduling functionality and expanded Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with product strategy and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, engineering, and stakeholders to develop, communicate, and execute the product roadmap.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, helping teams maintain momentum and alignment.
  • Serve as the key connection point between stakeholders and engineering, communicating priorities, progress, risks, and product decisions clearly.
  • Apply customer empathy, proactive communication, analytical thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset to identify opportunities and remove delivery barriers.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally within a B2B2C SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and evolving web applications, including defining functionality and prioritizing improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and an understanding of how it supports customer communications and engagement.
  • Strong expertise in backlog refinement, roadmap planning, prioritization, and release management.
  • Experience working with Jira or comparable product and project management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
  • Experience creating user journeys, internal product documentation, product specifications, or similar materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, design, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with API concepts, integrations, and technical product development; experience with Postman is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, Figma, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a high-trust, remote environment that values empathy, ownership, initiative, persistence, curiosity, and continuous growth.
  • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and a willingness to engage deeply in product details.
