Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Financial Compliance
Trusted Medical, PLLC , the clinical care delivery affiliate of Edera LC3, provides occupational health services and healthcare research for government and private-sector clients nationwide.
This is in-office position.
Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Tax Administration
Manage annual property tax compliance for Trusted Medical . Review tax assessments, maintain required documentation, coordinate payments with Finance, and ensure timely filings to avoid penalties. Resolve issues with taxing authorities, maintain audit-ready records, update annual tax schedules, and provide year-end reporting to senior leadership.
State, Local, and Corporate Compliance Registration
Coordinate business registrations, corporate filings, and compliance requirements for new and existing clinic locations across all operating jurisdictions. Utilize CSC and government portals to submit and track filings, maintain compliance calendars, monitor renewal deadlines, and ensure entities remain in good standing. Research and manage state and local licensing and registration requirements, including jurisdiction-specific healthcare and Board of Medicine registrations when applicable.
Insurance Administration & Compliance
Administer the organization's commercial insurance portfolio, including policy renewals, coverage updates, certificates of insurance, and documentation management. Coordinate with brokers, carriers, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous coverage, timely premium payments, and compliance with contractual and operational requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance-related inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, project management, and deadline-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to research and interpret regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience working with government and compliance portals (CSC, Secretary of State, licensing boards, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience maintaining confidential records and compliance documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
- Experience with CSC or similar corporate compliance platforms.
- Knowledge of multi-state entity management, business registrations, tax compliance, and licensing requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Planner or other project management tools.
- Familiarity with professional and healthcare licensing compliance.
Maintain a centralized compliance repository and tracking system for registrations, licenses, insurance policies, tax obligations, renewal dates, and key filing deadlines.
