Veritiv is seeking a Credit Operations Specialist in Jacksonville to process basic credit/debit memo entries, handle billing adjustments, and verify customer billing issues. The role is hybrid, based out of our Jacksonville office.
The position requires 1–3 years of related experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and other Veritiv systems is beneficial.
