Jr. Business Process Analyst

The Jr. Business Process Analyst reports to the Business Process Manager and partners closely with cross functional teams to improve end to end business processes—driving better business outcomes through greater efficiency and effectiveness. The role supports Client’ digital transformation and ongoing continuous improvement by gathering, analysing, and documenting current-state practices; facilitating workshops to clarify needs; and creating proposals and plans to translate ambiguity into clear scope, measurable objectives, and actionable recommendations.

This position is onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
