Consulting Project Coordinator
The Consulting Project Coordinator (CPC) will support a rapidly growing workforce program within a manufacturing and operations environment. This is a highly operational role that partners closely with Project Managers, recruiters, consultants, and client stakeholders to support onboarding, consultant engagement, reporting, and day-to-day program operations. The program is expected to support significant workforce growth, including an immediate hiring ramp of approximately 40-50 hires by the end of September with continued expansion into 2027.
The CPC will play a critical role in coordinating onboarding activities, supporting a multi-site workforce, driving consultant engagement initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience for both consultants and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building relationships, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
