Principal Change Management

• Lead operating model design for major transformation initiatives
• Translate target-state capability and process changes into organizational structures, roles, and decision rights
• Own enterprise change communications strategy, including leadership narratives, stakeholder messaging, town halls, and the change communications calendar
• Lead behavior change and adoption programs, including training, reinforcement plans, change champion networks, coaching, and resistance management
• Run change impact and change readiness assessments
• Identify affected stakeholder groups and tailor change approaches
• Partner to ensure change-readiness and adoption metrics are accurately reflected in the enterprise transformation scorecard
• Build the people plan for major AI, process, and product changes before launch
• Build and develop leadership bench strength across operating model design, communications, and behavior-change/training disciplines
• Manage a multi-team organization spanning these disciplines
• Represent transformation’s people implications in steering committee and governance forums
• Ensure change readiness is considered alongside financial and delivery considerations in go/no-go decisions
• Report directly to the VP of Transformation and Performance

• 10+ years’ related work experience in organizational change management, communications, or organizational design/development
• Direct experience leading change for large, complex enterprise transformation programs
• 5+ years’ direct supervisory/management experience
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
• Experience designing operating model changes (organizational structure, roles, decision rights) with a business or enterprise architecture function
• Experience applying a structured change management methodology, such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent, across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Ability to build trust and credibility across senior, cross-functional stakeholder groups, including delivering difficult messages about organizational change
• Comfort operating with real authority inside ambiguous, still-forming organizational structures
• Ability to travel to multiple locations for work

  Master’s degree
• Preferred:
  Prosci Change Management Certification (ADKAR model)
• Preferred: CCMP from ACMP, PROSCI or Kotter-based certifications
• Preferred: PMP or PgMP
• Preferred:
  Six Sigma/Lean certifications

Demonstrates expertise in leading organizational change management initiatives, including designing operating models and applying structured methodologies like Prosci ADKAR. Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and manage complex transformation programs effectively.
