Job Summary Maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventory. Monitoring inventory levels company wide. Assist with process improvement initiatives, training, and reports regarding inventory.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Analyses company inventory to ensure efficient stock levels.

Allocating inventory to the correct locations by Determining and directing where the inventory needs to go.

Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Communicating and coordinating inventory initiatives with the Purchasing team for procurement reasons.

Create and maintain inventory reports.

Use of SAP.Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports.

Handles special projects assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

Education and Experience RequirementsAA Degree or 3 years of inventory analysis background.

Minimum five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external associates/customers/colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization.

Ability to follow through on issues, make informed decisions that comply with policies and procedures, complete tasks and problem-solve.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Possess intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Adhere and support KLS Martin’s quality and safety policies and procedures.

Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.

Skill Requirements:

Typing/Computer keyboard

Retrieve and compile information

Maintain records/logs Verify data and information

Organize and prioritize information/tasks

Operate office equipment

Research, analyze and interpret information
